“Julian studies medicine/ one day while he was walking home he feels a very intense pain/ suddenly, air can´t enter to one of his lungs/ he thinks its just an inflamation in his ribs, but he notices that his breathing starts to be more and more difficult ... so, a diagnostic that no one could ever think about, and that he recently studied cames to his mind : “Spontaneous Neumotorax” / the only thing to do now : pulling out all the accumulated air in his lungs trough a tube ... “

“Julián estudia medicina / un día mientras se dirigía a su casa siente un dolor muy intenso / súbitamente el aire no le entra a uno de sus pulmones / piensa que se trata de la inflamación de una de sus costillas, pero se percata que entre más trata de respirar mas difícil se le hace… entonces se le viene a la cabeza un diagnóstico que ningún joven ordinario imaginaría jamas y que había estudiado recientemente: “NEUMOTORAX ESPONTANEO” / su única salida: pasarle un tubo a tórax urgente para sacar todo el aire sobrante que está colapsando su pulmón… ”
